Salome Kehlenbach lives and works as
a performer and choreographer between
Cologne and Nuremberg. In her mediation and
artistic practice she is primarily concerned with
the var- ious forms of dialogue between people
and the environment and the emotional
processes that accompany these relationships.
As a community dance facilitator, she works in
various educa- tional contexts.
In her choreographies she assumes the presence
and liveliness of all bodies and materialities,
which should be explored in their coming toge-
ther on a sound and body level, as they can
provide clues about present and future life. Her
current focus is on the surprisingly tender
transformative potential of supposedly violent/
brutal clashes and impacts.
